- Duties & Responsibilities
- Create and conduct sales proposal presentations.
- Ensure goals & objectives are being achieved and priorities are being communicated effectively.
- Following up the sales proposals and activities and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
- Impart product knowledge.
- Database management.
- Completing sales targets time to time.
- Persuading clients to buy residential apartments & commercials spaces.
- Skills Required
- Minimum Experience of 2 years in real estate selling.
- Excellent verbal & written communication over English and basic command over Hindi.
- Very diligent in follow-ups and persistent to ensure deal closures.
- Ability to lead self at work independently without day-to-day supervision.
- Go-getter attitude resulting in high decibel of competitiveness.

- Graduation + Masters in Marketing
